IF you need to contact a human, the phone number and email address are a the bottom of this page or at the about us heading.     We appreciate your suggestions to make the site better or the product better.    We have videos on how to pair devices below to help you too.
Questions: with answers (these are for wirless issues in general)
  • Will my tablet physically fit?  Basically Yes, only the new supersized tablets will not fit in landscape but will in portrait.
  • Is my tablet or phone compatible?    Yes any newer tablet or smart phone will have bluetooth and will work, in androids you may need to download a free app for it to work.    Kindle HD and newer works.
  • Does the KO charge my tablet or phone?   NO, it is not a charging station.
  • Does the wireless work with more than one device at one time?
No, but check back in one year we should have a model that will..
  • How about compatibility?   We use the broadcom chip that is the most used chip in the world for bluetooth.
  • What is the battery life?    In general you can expect with normal use it is 3-6  months normal use and year if light use.  2 AAA batteries.
  • Notebook?  Works with almost all notebooks, they almost all have bluetooth.
  • Desktops?  Typically desktops do not have bluetooth.  So you need to buy a bluetooth dongle, these can be found on Amazon for $5.00.   All the corded models will work with desktops and notebooks.
  • Can you contact us? yes, go to the about us page for details.

FOR ALL KEYBOARDS

REMINDER

  1. Please dispose of packaging materials of keyboard according to the local environmental protection requirements.
  2. Be careful not to allow water or other liquid into the keyboard. If it occurs, immediately turn the keyboard upside down, remove the batteries and let the water or liquid outflow. Proceed to let it dry for several days. A fan blowing on it will expedite the process.
  3. This wireless keyboard can only work with any computer/notebook, tablet, or smart phone which has built in Bluetooth. I addition, Smart Phones must support external keyboards. If your equipment does not have built in Bluetooth, you will need a USB Bluetooth adapter in an appropriate USB port. These adapters are available at your retailer or online with your retailer.   Follow those instructions first for installing that adapter before attempting keyboard installation.   Once installed follow these instructions.

Cleaning

  • To properly clean the keyboard, remove the batteries, turn upside down with keys facing the floor and use a damp cloth and a mild detergent. (no dripping water, squeeze cloth to remove water drips)
  • Then gently wipe the keys with the keyboard still upside down so no water can fall into the keyboard.
  • Before turning back over and while still upside down, use a dry towel and pat dry.
  • If no water dripped when using the damp cloth, you can then put the batteries back in and use immediately.
  • If water drips even slightly when you were cleaning you should let keyboard dry for 1-3 days upside down with a fan blowing on it before putting batteries back in or plugging it in.
